I would like to know, if there any free / non-free softwares, CDs, websites that focuses on speed reading and different speed level which could be used on children from birth to all ages.

I just bought a CD from SM centre in Malaysia. It is a math addition CD, they have normal speed, x2, x4 and x8, suggest to play as background music, said it will set into the children’s right brain (subconscious mind). One of the mothers of my daughter’s classmate proves it works, visible improvement on her daugther’s math.
