I feel great when my baby sleeps and eats well. I can’t help feeling in a bad mood when he doesn’t. I also feel great when I ask my 23 month baby how much he loves me, and he answers me “so much” and kisses me 
family time is always good, but a sit down with a cup of tea and a tim tam when everyone has gone to bed is also nice
