I would like to do some breathing/relaxation exercises with my 2 year old daughter inorder to improver her concentration / focus level.
Eventhough I do the some breathing exercise like.
- blowing thru a straw
- blowing on face / hands
- blowing like weight objects from
I would appreciate some more ideas and also what type of breathing exercises are done Shichida schools
Also Is there any website or books that share these exercises based on age groups.
