I love how she encourages parents to raise the bar for their kids, and have high expectations for them. It goes without saying that she was an early reader.

Today in the mall I’m pointing out to my 26mth old the model bird hanging from the ceiling, “wow, look at that bird”… “Mummy, eagle”… :yes: & of course it was a harpy eagle. … I’m not sure how he even knows that but the point was I had missed the opportunity to give him the information, fortunately in this case he already knew it.
It was a timely reminder to me not to settle, to keep feeding him with knowledge, to keep raising the bar.
