Thanks to TracyR4, I was looking into touch math program materials, they have very interesting hands on manipulative, we are looking forward to try some out.
In the meantime I discovered that they offer free training for touch math teachers through their teacher loaning library, which also includes free materials that you can keep. I thought it is worth sharing:
