I thought that it will be better to begin a nursery this year (but only a few hour at week), because Flavio loves children and playing with another people, but I’m afraid that he will be crying all time. And I can’t find a good nursery where the children can do little more as usually…

Some nursery schools allow the parent to stay for a while to help the child adjust. Perhaps you could find a place that allows this.
