Sight Word Santa Game

My blog this week is absolutely LOADED with free goodies
to download, because I am taking a week off from blogging
next week, since most of us are probably off from school
after that anyway! So this is what is in it:

  1. Christmas Guided Drawing Directions

  2. Christmas Tree Matching Sets
0-30 In this activity, the you print out Christmas Trees,
and cut off the top portion of the tree with the star on
top. The star has a number on it. The kids are supposed to
count the ornaments and match the correct tree to the correct star. The catch is that it does go all the way from 0-30!

  3. Sight Word Santa Game In this game, the you print
out a bunch of Santa’s that are holding sight words. While
the children are hiding their eyes, you hide a little
present under one of them. They lift their eyes up and
chant, “Santa, Santa! Ho, ho, ho! Santa, Santa, where did
it go?” Chose one child to tell you the sight word Santa
that he or she thinks the present is hidden under. Once he
or she says the word, that person may lift up that card.

4.Count by Tens Christmas Tree Hat The children make this hat
and add the numbers from 10 - 100 on the ornaments, counting by tens.

  1. Holiday Worksheets
These include a graph, a color by number Christmas tree for the numbers from 11-17, and a counting worksheet for the numbers 11-20.

Enjoy, and have a wonderful holiday!
