Thanks for that links. I got know Sid through your post, even watched “the shrinking shoes” preview in youtube. I think my toddler is going love this guy…!!!So more of Sid for us now…!! Do you recommend any series of Sid?

My fav is the itchy tag. I am using (shrinking shoes episode) and then the slide show of the song as well. This guy is so entertaining that both of my sons, my toddler and infant love him. My infant waves to him when he’s on, and my toddler repeats what he says.

I love Sid the Science Kid. I can often find shows that go with our unit study, which is perfect!!

Remember if you have a DVR with your cable or satilite then record him. This is what i do i record him then I record the show with my DVR camcorder and then play it on the DVD or my laptop for travel or for the kids room which doesn’t have the DVR service. The lessons go right along with my curriculum it is fun, because Science for me to teach a preschooler was hard at first but when i found this kid he’s awesome.

I just want to make myself clear we have a DVR that records Sid. Because copying Sid using other devices I am sure may breach the copyright issues. I do not make any recordings to send to anyone. I have been getting requests for them. I record over and over my DVD camcorder cd because I have them stored on my DVR. The DVD camcorder cd’s are too expensive so we just record over them. youtube has some videos on Sid and of course www.pbskids.com under Sid’s page is free videos. Plus the DVD camcorder cd isn’t very plan.
