Question on powerpoint: how to get tittle before the picture.

Dear all.

In typical powerpoint slide, there is a picture and name.

(Currently, I do not use the classical approach where pictures and names are in separate slides, because my kid does some editing.)

In slideshow, I see the picture first, and than name. Or both together. There is a possibility to change sequence of texts or to change sequence of pictures. But I did not find the possibility to show name before the picture. Within one slide. Can anybody help me?

Forgive me if I misunderstand your question. This is my answer to what I think you are asking:

If you want it to be on the same slide change the order of your animations.

  1. Click on “animations” tab
  2. Click “custom animations” at the top left of the screen.
  3. Then on the right of the screen drag and drop your animations so they appear in the order you want them.

See the picture I have added.

Thanks, mybabyian!

I did it. At the beginning, “re-order” option was inactive, until I found that I have to give any effect to the elements I want to re-order

Now I can make much better slideshows

I am glad you got it to work! Happy teaching!
