I am teaching my almost 4year old and 8 months old sons Spanish, I have just noticed that preschool prep meet the letters and meet the shapes DVDs have Spanish option. Have anyone used them to teach shapes and letters in Spanish?
I haven’t got the DVDs but we did use the Preschool prep company ipad apps for shapes and colours with my 3-year old. I think they are great! I liked the Meet the Colors, Meet the Shapes and Meet the Numbers in Spanish. There are both flashcards and games as apps. We prefered the games, which also teach the correct answer but are more interactive. As apps they are such great value too! DD liked playing them over and over and she definitely did seem to be learning lots of concepts from them. So if the DVDs are also this good then I’m sure they’ll be excellent. If you have an ipad or iphone then I would certainly recommend giving the apps a try too.
