I am excited to learn more strategies from all of you that will help me teach. I have taught PPCD (Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities), for 16 years. My students are 3 and 4 years old with all ranges of disabilities, (physical and mental) that make presentation of materials a challenge.
I live outside of Austin Texas on a ranch with lots of animals. My husband is retired, we have a daughter who is 25.

I am new to this but it looks promising! I am the nana of a wonderful little boy with Down’s syndrome. I believe early intervention is key with DS children. Therefore I am really interested in this program.
