Points

Hello,
Could someone please explain the points system to me? How does one get “points” to get discounts and “buy” lessons made by other parents? I see that you can do it by adding Brill kids to your social networks, but how else does one get “points?” Also, why do some other lessons made by parents cost points and some do not?
Thanks.

Dear M2B,

There are a number of ways to earn loyalty points.

Points are all about participation in the Forum. As a parent you have so much to share with other parents like you, – your news, your discoveries, resources you found especially helpful, tips what worked and did not work for you and your baby; ideas of learning activities or answers to the questions other parents have. As an early learning parenting community we are there to support parents and facilitate sharing of ideas. And as a cherry on a top, there are also bonus points offered for active participation.

Here is how it works:

You earn points when you post on the Forum!

Hope this helps! Looking forward to your posts

Hi there,
can you please also explain the points redemption system? it seems that 5000 points gives you 25% off the main products, but i am not sure if for example 10 000 points will give you a bigger discount. Please explain. thank you Martina

Hi Martina,

The BrillKids shop accepts only ONE (1) discount code per checkout, so for example, even if you can redeem 2 Little Reader Basic coupons (for a total of 10,000 points), you won’t be able to apply the second coupon when you checkout.

Please also note that the discount coupons available for redemption (at http://www.brillkids.com/coupon-store) can only be used when buying the product that matches the coupon’s name.

For example, if you redeem the coupon named “Little Reader Basic Semester 1+2” you can only apply it to the “Little Reader Basic” product in the BrillKids shop. The discount code won’t work if you apply it against “Little Reader Deluxe” or “English Curriculum for Little Reader.”

I hope this helps clear up the confusion!

Thank you Kezia
I bought the Little Musician yesterday ( 99 dollars) and sadly i was not able to apply the coupon despite I redeemed it for the musician one. I feel sad about it as considering it a bit of a gimmick. Well, i learn too  in the process.Thank you for your reply. Martina

Hi Martina,

I just checked your recent purchase and I see that what you bought is the “Music Curriculum for Little Musician.” It’s not the same product as “Little Musician Basic” (which is the product your redeemed coupon is for).

I’m not sure if you wanted to get Little Musician Basic instead of just the Music Curriculum, though. Please have a look at the email I sent you through our support(@)brillkids.com email for some options on how we can resolve this issue for you.

Thank you Kezia,

I checked the email, and replied. Thank you for contacting me so promptly !very appreciated. Best Wishes  Martina

Thank you very much Skylark and Kezia for all the information. It really helps.
