Hello BK team, I have been trying to install LR in our school, but for some reason I can not sign in in none of my accounts.

I can get to your website and the forum but it will not let me sign in my accounts -lelask and s4star.

Would you like my phone number is to speed up the conversation?

We use Opera and Explorer browsers. Could it be too slow?
