This blog is not aimed at children specifically, but I love that she recognizes the vital aspect of tapping into the right brain to create perfect pitch. Also, the linked video about the stroke victim scientist is just awesome, along with that little cutie playing the ukulele! So, I found her blog worth sharing even for those two gems alone.
