Need info on learning videos

Both of my children 19 and 7 months are watching ybcr and little pim in chinese and spanish. I tried Tweedle Wink but they seemed bored. I want to expand our horizons. Please help me gather information on what the best products are… thanks.

You can try Baby Bumble Bee DVDs. My son loved them. They show other children interacting with what ever word is being taught and they give many examples with classical music in the background. My son also started with ybcr and eventually got bored.
You can borrow these from Netflix if your in the states. They also have them on ebay.

Hi,

I would suggest Brainy baby DVDs. My child loves all series of Brainy baby DVDs especially the Peek-a-boo DVD and the Laught & Learn DVD. They also have left and right brain DVDs.

If you are in the US, they are giving away the DVD too. Check this site: http://www.myfreebrainybaby.com/

Leapfrog also has some good DVDs as well. Check this site: http://www.leapfrogdvds.com/

Good luck.

I agree Laugh and Learn is one of the best DVDs I have bought. I wouldn’t recommend all the Brainybaby DVDs though.

Me neither. There are a couple that are no better than Baby Einstein. I think the left/right brain vids are horrible. The right brain is nothing like the right brain teaching is supposed to be.
