I just read this new!! I think teachers and parents are responsable for that!!

I blame the parents. my little sister just graduated top of her class, and she is going on to high school. when I spoke to her mom, she told me she spoke to the the teachers and work with her in any area she is showing weakness. they live in the poor community too.
