My son is very jealous. I am a single parent and Paul has never learned to share his mom with someone.
Now my sister a few days staying with me and my son is now under stress, if I change a few words with my sister. I also noticed that I must not talk to my mother, or may even greet people on the street. Paul begins the screaming, crying and sometimes he gets a violent tantrum.
We are looking for different solutions but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have experience with such situations. I need help penetrate! Thank you!
I think you are experiencing simular tantrum period than us. .
I cannot stop and talk to anybody on the street - this will trigger my son´s tantrum immediately… I have just returned from english playgroup - after few min we had to leave because of tantrum …there is always the problem he doesn´t get the toy he wants, the song he wants, he refuses being organised … screems, screems, cryes… very frustrating … especially when you see other children and parents smiling and playing in harmony …frustrating…demotivating…
Any suggestions for help? Should we skip the play group activities for some time? …we might be pushed to…
