My baby scratch his face by his nails

Hi ,

My baby scratch his face with his nails.
I always tries to cut his nails but when they grow and he gets a little nails then at that time i am not able to cut them but my baby scratch his face with those nails and hurt himself.

He doesnt wear mittens as he knows how to take out the mittens.

What do you suggest i should do.

I file nails also after cutting them.

Please share your opinion.

Really all you can do is keep them cut and filed. make sure there are no sharp edges.

I am trying my level best to cut them on time anf file them

I file my son’s nails while he is sleeping every night. I only use the nail clippers on his toes.
