That was a good read, thanks for sharing. It’s nice to find an article that clearly points out that yes in Australia we are actually are doing a good job teaching kids to read! The stats may show only ??% bit the reality is the percentage is very high in world wide terms. no we arnt getting every kid, but many of the ones we don’t teach just arnt turning up to be taught or are for whatever reason unteachable.
