Looking for a Spanish Syllabary

I am currently very interested in the Webster’s Spelling book found here: http://www.donpotter.net/pdf/websters-spelling-book-1824.pdf

I was wondering if there was anything like it for the Spanish language. Since Spanish is very phonetically regular, I figured it would be the best way to teach reading. I have seen a Spanish phonetics book on amazon, but I was hoping to find a syllabary for free. Any kind of free phonics program for Spanish online would be great. I am hoping with all the English and Chinese resources for free that surely Spanish would have some resources for free too. I just hope that maybe I am just looking in the wrong places.

Thanks for any help.

I asked Jenny over at Spanish Playground http://www.spanishplayground.net/ for help, and she was able to give me some great resources.

http://9letras.wordpress.com/infantil/ This page has some great interactive powerpoints using Spanish syllables to teaching reading. It even uses pictures to develop understanding. There are then opportunities to work on spelling as well.

http://www.onlinefreespanish.com/aplica/lessons/silabas/silabasmenu.htm This has a few presentations on Spanish syllables.

http://ntic.educacion.es/w3//eos/MaterialesEducativos/mem2007/aprendizaje_lectoescritura/ This also is a wondeful website on teaching how to read/speak Spanish through syllables.

She also gave me a great tip on how to look for the material like the ones above. She said to try googling lectroescritura sílabas.

Thanks so much! I will check out those sights. I have a couple of powerpoints that I can upload here that maybe someone can use. We are not at home so maybe next week.
