I like both of them, thank you.

Cool !!

my boys like the you tube alphabet from di di pop. It is “the fun alphabet song”

My dd learned the alphabet from starfall.com. A few weeks ago more.starfall.com added more content and changed their website, at first she was upset that it was different, but now she is loving all the new stuff.

These clips were a great help for us. DD still loves them.

In order to put your kids and preschoolers at the top of their class and give them an educational advantage, you have to teach them the basics before they get into daycare or kindergarten.

Other than show them videos & DVDs on alphabets, are there other more effective ways to teach bb
alphabets ?

Hi! I used flashcards with my son and was very successful. I showed uppercase and lowercase for each letter in each session. Good luck!

Hi Rajah,
do you print the alphabets from some wabsite or you draw them yourself, also how big are those cards ?
thx

Thanks for sharing the video. As an educator, I appreciate them so much because I can also share it to my students as well. I realize that it is absolutely vital for teachers to embrace technology and ensure that they are well-trained and up to date with the latest in technological advances. There is no doubt that introducing technology in the classroom has real benefits. But in the primary level, I am careful to encourage a balanced approach where my students get a broad range of experiences and use different mediums. As great as technology is, you can have too much of a good thing.

We have refrigerator leapfrog toy that someone gave us as a gift. My girl already knew her alphabet when we go it, but our little boy loved it, and picked most of his letters from it! It is nice that he can hold the letter, touch it ( sensory element), then put it on the base and push it to hear how it sounds and how it calls. He loved the process and learned the alphabet in the meantime lol

The video that helped my girl to be all excited about alphabet and learn it very fast was the Animal Alphabet:

It is still on of her favorite videos, we did lots of other reading activities based on it, just because she likes it so much.

She also loves her wooden alphabet blocks and puzzles, we have those both in English and Russian – they make for fun activities…

Hi Latreia!

I would like to sincerely apologize for my late reply. Until now, I hadn’t checked in on this discussion. As for your question, I created a ppt and printed each slide/letter on a blank 5 by 8 flashcard. Take care!
