Thanks for the welcome. Just wondering, the package supposedly comes with 8000 loyalty points. How do I redeem the points?

On your receipt/emailed invoice, you get a link which provides you a page with detailed instructions on how to download your software and get your bonus loyalty points.
To get your bonus loyalty points, please access your account management forum profile page:
http://www.brillkids.com/user/#forum-profile
There should be a button there which requires you to click on it so you can credit your account with the points.
