My sister is 4 months pregnant. As there is no one at her home, she is staying along with us in our house. She has a habit of walking on the lawn that is placed in the front yard during the evening. We always used to ask her not to walk in the evening as there are a lot of skunks and raccoons. Although they are not that dangerous, they might frighten us. Skunks produce a spray with a strong odor.
Like always, last day also she went out to walk in the evening. Accidentally she was sprayed by the skunk. Its odor is unbearable. The fumes are still in the house. Will it affect the baby that she is carrying? Are there any ways to get rid of this animals? How about hiring wildlife control services? Has anyone over here availed their service before?
