I found this website where a woman has tailored a program for toddlers. It seems to have some great ideas. Plus it is faith based, if that is important in your programs.

There are so many that you can choose from but I still create my own using ideas from various sites. I customize my curriculum for my sons, what they like, the colors, the shapes, etc.
