How to reduce weight effectively?

Hello…I am a proud mother of 3 kids. I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 135 lbs. I am maintaining a proper BMI My problem is that I have bulges and excess fat in some particular areas. I have tried exercising and jogging but it didn’t help me much. I am not interested to go under knife and am not considering any tummy tuck or liposuction.My friend suggested an UltraShape treatment in Beauti- med, Port Coquitlam. I am not sure about the success rate of this surgery. Any idea or suggestions?

Pilates and yoga helps shape fat… but to lose it completely I think you might want to consider cardio.

A good healthy balanced diet is all you need to loose weight effectively.

Doing a bit of yoga in the morning and having a healthy balanced diet is extremely effective in reducing weight .

Swimming is good.

I still have the buldges.

So I tried to DETOX.

After a few months I could see a lot of improvement.
There are a lot of slimming centres and it is VERY EXPENSIVE!

How long have you exercised? Normally I see takes lots of time to reduce fat, this includes exercising and dieting (especially dieting cuz I see many people having hard time following this).
I also knows a colleague of mine who is older than me. He’s about 28 now he’s also having hard time in reducing fat. I don’t know how he carries on his fat reducing program but so far it has been 6 months and there are not much difference since then.
I also don’t recommend surgery, I personally dislike it since there might be some sort of unseen effects on body without knowing it. This is still my personal opinion so I just hope it might help.

Exercise, exercise is necessary to control the intake of food calories and fat, with the movement of consumption, stick to it, will soon be successful

It sounds like you have a solid plan and a amazing work effort but you have one last hurdle to get over. I understand what you are going through and I know you hear that a lot.
I hope I am not being to nosey, but what all have you tried?

One thing that really helped me was heavier weight training but it toned me up. I know most women fear getting huge but it’s the complete opposite.
