how to make effective indoor escapes (tents) for toddlers

just wanted to know how to make tents/indoor escapes for toddlers.

I bought a tent with a tunnel for my son. It wasn’t that expensive.

We throw a blanket over the sofa or a chair or table. Nothing fancy!

My son dan be fairly destructive when it comes to toys (or just about anything else for that matter.) We have gone through several play tents and the only one he hasn’t broken was made by Playhut. The reason is because it has a flexible frame where other tents have been more rigid. I also like that it folds down quickly and easily. There are no tent poles to remove and disassemble, the frame is permantly sewn into the tent and you just twist to fold it up. I hope this makes sense, if not it is just probably one of those thinge you need to see to understand. I’m not sure if all Playhut tents are like this, or if other play tent manufactures use this style, but it is definately something I would look for again.
