How to delete Brillkids account?

I know this isn’t in the right caregory but I would like to delete my brillkids account, how do I do it?

Hi Knacks,

We can delete your account for you if you wish, although of course we are sad that you would like to leave us. :slight_smile: You can always just choose to keep the account and be inactive, and in the event when you would like to come back, you can always just use the same account again.

But if you would still like for us to delete your account, kindly confirm by sending me a PM (note that doing this will unsubscribe you to any and all mailing lists from BrillKids, as well as delete all loyalty points stored in this account.)
