Hi there!

Good day! I am a mother of 17th month boy, interesting to start some pre-school education for my son at home. I am happy to come to this interesting and helpful website. It’s nice!

Hi and welcome to the forums! We are happy to have you here.
You have found the right place to learn many ways of teaching your child at home. There are many parents here who are doing just that and share their experiences here on the forums. We are all very friendly and will gladly answer any questions you may have.

I hope to see you around.
Nikki

It really depends on your child’s interest. Every child will be different. It is important to keep it fun. If he loses interest, then stop and come back to it later. Try a few categories and see how he does. Then you can try to make a lesson plan.

Here are some other posts about when and how to play Little Reader. I hope they help!

Nikki is right - there are so many ways to teach children, but there’s not going to be a more perfect plan than one you will personally develop with your child.

It’s all very much a matter of learning how your child receives the information, and how well you make learning a game that he can enjoy. You can show him different methods of presenting flash cards - word flash, picture flash, and multi-sensory - and then depending on which one he enjoys the most, you can tailor your lessons to suit his needs.

We offer additional library downloads to help you keep the material fresh and new, this way, your little boy won’t get bored too easily. lol

We’re very happy to have you onboard, and it’s great to see more and more parents who are interested in giving their little ones the gift of early education. We do hope that you will enjoy being here, and I look forward to reading about your learning adventures with your baby.

If you need any help - whether it be with using Little Reader or just getting around in the forums, please do let us know, we’ll be more than happy to lend a hand!

Cheers, and happy foruming!
