Hi everyone,
I feel honored to be part of this wonderful group. I’m from Hanoi, Vietnam. I really admire what everyone here did for their children so far, and I look forward to learning from you all. I have a beautiful baby, who is 10 months old, to be more exact 9 months and a half, and I started to teach her to read and to learn maths a while ago, when she turned 8 months. But it has been incredibly hard, I have a lot of questions ready and I look forward to getting your advice. Many thanks!

Welcome to the Forums, Trieuminh! Congratulations on what you already doing for your baby.

Yes, of course feel free to ask any questions, there are a lot of parents here who would love to help with ideas, time-saving techniques and their own teaching experiences.

Here is what I would suggest to start with:

http://www.brillkids.com/teach-reading/free-trial.php – free trial of Little Reader and Little Math – check it out! It would make it much easier for you, as lessons are all prepared, and all you do is play the lesson and have fun with your baby!

Little Reader has full 1 year curriculum with pre-made lessons ( 720 lessons!) It introduces baby to concepts, reading and phonics ( using unique pattern phonics method – very effective with young babies!), your baby will be introduced to over 3 000 words in 180 categories, and taken from words to couplets, to simple sentences and then to stories!

There are also free download categories for Little Reader lessons with 27 categories in English section ( 20 to 250 lessons in each category), about 3 000 lessons/presentations on the topics of geography, human body, science, abstract concepts, transportation, time, music, etc

I’m from Ha Noi - Vietnam, too. It’s nice to meet you there. My child is now 13months old. He is learning words by flashcards. He loves words, pictures and books very much.

I approve of what Vietnamese team have done. I have known your VNese team before. I did not have your email because you have finalized with Brillkids at that time. I made a decision to buy LR Deluxe before VNese team has become.
