Hey y’all. I am new to this forum and I am interested in learning more about helping my daughter with Down syndrome learn to read and not have it be a chore. She is 28 months old and I feel bad that I did not start any of this sooner.

No reason to feel bad, just start where you are! She is at an excellent age to introduce early learning and any stimulation you give her will benefit her sooo much. 
Parenthood is full of enough guilt. LR for us is a special time spent enjoying each other. Have fun and learn together, it is never too late. Welcome!
