It’s been years isnce I have been on the forum and I have changed emails etc! i am using the brillids software at home but now my pc has crashed too!

I need a way of getting myusername and password back. Please advise what details you need from me.

Also this old PC was windows based and my new one is a mac. Am I able to transfer the license?

Hi Sarah, we just replied to both of your support requests - please check your email for our replies.

About your question on “transferring” your license keys, once you’ve installed Windows OS on your Mac, you can then proceed with reinstalling your BrillKids software there.
