Help with Lesson Planning

Hi there - I’m fairly new to Little Reader and am wanting to start teaching my 5 month old to read. I’m wondering if anyone has any guidelines or lesson plans which I can follow. For example, how many categories (or words) and how many times per day. When those words (or categories) are retired, do I start a completely new category or find further words for that category? )I’m also a little confused about categories and word lists, as you can probably guess.) I’m not really sure how to start and am eager to get the ball rolling.
Cheers
Denise

For now, you can just stick to the Playback screen and just play back any playlist or category. Just go through some of them and see how your child responds. Better to keep lessons short but frequent rather than long and infrequent. But ultimately, there are no hard and fast rules. Usually I would go through about 3-5 Categories each time, depending on how long each Category was.
