Have you downloaded the Free E-book yet from this site on teaching babies to read? That would be a great place to start! http://www.brillkids.com/ scroll down and on the bottom of the page on the left in purple there is a link to download the ebook.
Have you downloaded the Free two week trial of Little Reader yet? That would also be an excellent place to start as well!
