Hi there hope you are still around so we can chat, for those new here
welcome, you are joining a very interesting group of people with one
primary goal: improve our kids quality of life!!
My family had to endure some serious heath crisis in 2010 and this
required my full undivided attention (plus homeschooling my daughter, ofcourse)
Everything is fine and under control now so I am looking forward to reconnect,
help and be helped as it is customary here.

Glad to see you are still here!!!
I miss been here, hopefully I can catch up.
Leena is not doing gymnastics any longer, she was doing it 3 times per week, 3 hours. after 4 years she was
doing a little tricky stuff and her joins were hurting, she is very tall for her age so although her doctor kept saying she is ok
we got worried and decided to switch to swimming and diving, she likes it, it is a tremendous work out, 4 times a week
one hour, I think this is better for us.
Homeschooling a little bit on the old fashion due to my mental laziness to put it nicely, but I am back, we are starting
doing our lessons in the right brain way and although she is 8 she still likes the cards and all the logic and memory games
we use.
are you familiar with Lumosity? she likes it very much. We kept the chinese and that is a challenge as I have not found
a local school that will work for her, we attend a chinese school but she is one out of 2 americans - it is a chinese school
for chinese kids who already talk but want to learn how to write, so we are hangging in there adding vocabulary as it is
the only think I can do right now… we use a lot skritter.com very good for learning characters and writing in the right order.
