Hello and welcome, from BrillBaby/BrillKids Founder

Hi KL! what a great idea for a site, I found brillkids last week after trying to find resources about Glenn Doman online - I love this site! You know, I have been looking for a site like this for a long time. I especially like how international it is and to connect with parents from all over the world. I’d really love to hear more about your story and how your daughter is doing! I guess I will have to browse the forum a bit more :-).

YAY for you and your work with babies and toddlers! I am just so glad to have found a community that thinks and wants the same as I do for my little ones.
I have a 7 1/2 yr. old boy, 6yr girl and 2.5yr girl.
I have been teaching toddlers for over 17 yrs.
I have been challenged by everyone I run into saying that you don’t need to teach reading until later, when they are older. UGHHHHHH, I have learned by toddlers (not as much experience with babies) that they love learning at this age. I am struggling with my older two children to read and it just proves to me how much harder it is to learn when they are older. My 2.5yr old is loving my kindergarteners work. She knows more of the alphabet than her older sister. At this point in the school year, my Kindergartener is now catching up to her little sister.
What’s different? I have always had to go back to work when my babies were 8wks old. I didn’t invest the time I wanted to with them and thought the Montessori school they were in were covering everything they needed to be learning. WRONG!! When I lost my job, I lost their tuition to Montessori and I put the two older kids into public school. Both, were extremely far behind. This past year I’ve stayed home with my youngest and 5 other toddlers. I love teaching the letter names, sounds, objects that go with the letter, as well as all of the colors, shapes, numbers, etc. I have seen a dramatic difference. At this toddler stage, they just love learning this stuff! It is so fun for me and a delight every day! I gave my daughter the first session of your program and I am so happy!
I just wanted to give you a virtual HIGH FIVE!!! Thanks for all you have done to give us these tools to help our kids love to learn!!

Hi everyone, I’m very happy I have signed up here. Since I joined all I have been doing is reading all the fascinating information presented and I have to say, I feel like I’m doing better for my daughter already. She is still little (5months) but she really enjoys using “my little Reader”, she finds it amusing and it takes the stress out of me because I don’t have to spend hours on the Internet researching 1 little thing.
Thank you very much for this great software development and the creation of this web where parents can share their own researches.

Hi all, I’ve just joined in and fascinated by the content. Good Job KL. im working mother with baby 8+ old. still alot more to explore and so much of information - great to be part of the community. Really need guidance on how to kick-off teaching my baby…

Hello,

I only discovered Brillkids a couple of days ago and now I would like to get started using it. My son is already 16 months so I am feeling like I have done him an injustice by not knowing about this wonderful way of teaching sooner. I am trying to decide between the basic program and the deluxe. The price of shipping right now is what has stalled me!

Thank you KL for providing us parents with a way to get our kids education started early and in such a structured way.
