Hi,
My name is Marcia Chaffin Brown from Dallas, TX and I am the mother of a 22 year old and an 18 month old and I am new to this whole Early learning process, I feel that I may be starting later than I should. I read to my son, but not on a regular enough basis (I intend to change that). He is a VERY active little boy and enjoys play much more than he enjoys reading. He goes 100 miles per hour all the time. He is learning in the daycare he is in but I would like to do more at home to open up his potential. He is a very smart boy and picks up on things really quickly, I need guidance and idea on how to get him to sit with me long enough to work the program. :blink: . He LOVES the alphabet song and sings it morning noon and night I think that we can turn that into a love for reading. I am excited about this new journey we are embarking on and I will be getting more letter blocks, fridge, bath toys to work with him. I look forward to learning with and from you all.
