Getting Blank white screen

Hi,

I got the activation email but when I click on the link to activate, I get a blank white screen and that’s it.

Pls help.

Hi Theresa,

In the activation email, you should see a link that looks something like this:

http://www.brillkids.com/activate.php?u=9876;code=XYZxyzxyz

Can you copy this line (highlight and press Ctrl-C) and paste it (Ctrl-V) into the browser.

If that still doesn’t work, can you leave your email here and we’ll activate it manually for you. (Change the @ to “(at)” and the . to (dot) to avoid spam bots).

I’m also having the same problem, even though had cut and paste the link on the web browser. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi there!

Your activation issue is caused by a particular version of IE6, which stops you from getting to the right page after clicking on the activation link.

However, even though you are getting a blank page, your account is successfully activated in our servers. To remedy this, kindly click on the activation link again, and if you encounter the blank page once more, please click on F5 to proceed; you may also go directly to http://forum.brillkids.com/ as you will find that your account has already been activated and you may now log in with your email and password.

In any case, this problem may also be addressed by updating your version of Internet Explorer to the latest current version.
