for RB home practice: need guided imaginary scene scripts/audio downloads

Hi, as I am one of many mothers who hasn´t got a Right Brain school nearby, I am putting together a RB home programme (thanks to Shen-li at Babylicious http://www.figur8.net/right-brain-training-home-practice-guide/).

What I am looking for right now are guided imaginary scenes scripts/audio downloads - anybody know of any?

I found this but reluctant to buy as suspect there are free things on the internet that I simply haven´t discovered yet. These items look good though, anybody knows these CDs? http://www.kidsmeditationcds.net/kidsmeditationcds.htm

Especially this title at the bottom looks highly interesting: " Adventures in Imagination: Ages 3 and up - Creativity, Imagination "

Thanks in advance for helping out!

There are lots more if you just google “kids guided imagery script”

Thanks for replying, TmT. True, this one (http://kidsrelaxation.com/?cat=15) also came up in my google search. I guess what I REALLY want is audio downloads rather than just transcripts as I am not an English Native (plus putting on a .mp3 has got the nice side effect that mum can relax too

Doesn´t anybody know of audio downloads for imaginary scenery guided mediation please? (preferably for free if no at least at a very good price)

The only guided imaginary scenes I found for free were on youtube.

Here are a couple:

hope that helps

EL17 - Sorry for the late reply. I used to make up my own stories for my son while he closed his eyes and imagined the images to my story. It could be at bedtime or just some quiet time during the day. As far as I recall, the important part of imaging is to engage all the senses. Don’t just talk about things your child should see, but what you can taste, smell, feel and hear.

For example…

Today, we are sitting in a forest. There is a waterfall nearby and the water is crashing down upon the rocks with a sound like thunder. The air smells crisp and clear. We go over to the water and taste the icy cold mountain water… and so on.

Another thing you can do, if you don’t want to come up with your own scenarios is to play audio stories. Learn Out Loud has a lot you can download - some are free.

I hope that helps!

Thank you very much for your replies, cokers4life and ShenLi. Especially the youtube clips you posted, cokers, are GREAT (British accent too!) I might buy some for the ipad: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/faerie-guided-meditations/id361909742 as they are only US$0,99 per meditation. THANKS!

and your link is a class of its own, Shen-Li, thank you so much! Would be a pity to be missed by members that are not interested in my subject line of imaginery scenery meditation - is there a general thread with audio where we could repeat your link, something like “library all links” started by Ed so everybody will see it?
