flatbelly diet

Did anyone try it? Does it work? Can you do it whlie you are nursing? They say to eat 1600 Cal a day. The fact that attracted me was loosing fat in the belly area.

I haven’t heard about it, nor do I care about the latest diet fads. I firmly believe that watching your calories and what you eat is the best diet. I think 1600 calories a day is way too high for a “dieting” woman. Whenever I watch my calories, I do about 1200 or 1300 a day. And if you’re eating the right foods you can easily stay satisfied while maintaining your calorie goals.

Oh, and I don’t know any details of it, but you may be able to lose some weight in your belly (as with any type of diet you try) but you will also have to do a lot of crunches to get your belly down to size. There are muscles and fat there that have to be worked out, and it’s the hardest area to slim down.

I know it’s diff to excercise but for belly no option wii work apart from excercise.
