I just found a new iPad app (it’s free!), that I made some EK presentations on. It was very simple and easy!
It looks like it was designed to make Khan academy-like presentations simply. But you can also import your own pictures. There are slides as well, so you can easily import a bunch of pictures, and then record your voice as you flash through them.
There are so many early education things you can do with this app.
