Earworms Learning to help Mom and Dad

I looked to see if I could find this on here before. And well, I didn’t find it in a search.

I stumbled upon this by accident. They are called earworms. The words are set to a catchy modern beat that makes it enjoyable to listen to and actually teaches adults subconsciously. I know it’s not geared towards little ones, but it might be helpful to parents that want to learn themselves and communicate with their child. It may also be helpful for older siblings. We have the Spanish version right now as that is our focus. But they have a good bit of language options:

Arabic
Chinese
Dutch
French
German
Greek
Italian
Japanese
Polish
Portuguese
Russian
Spanish

The website is http://earwormsusa.com. There is a free demo available here: http://earwormsusa.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=178&Itemid=88

You can also print off booklets that match each album for a visual on word pronunciation and learning to read.
You can find that here: http://earwormsusa.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=179&Itemid=87

These albums are available for download on itunes as well.

Who knows? Babies might enjoy it as well!

I’ve got these in Chinese and Japanese. I was really enjoying the Japanese one so got Chinese, too and was disappointed to find that they use the same tunes for both languages. This doesn’t help, as the different ‘songs’ get easily muddled together. Also I found the Chinese tones really hard to distinguish from the background.

I think they’re great for one language (maybe less so for Chinese) or possibly two very distinct and different languages, but I wouldn’t recommend getting two, at least not until you really know the first. Not trying to put anyone off, just useful to know before you buy
