Hi all~

Is anyone know where can I download pronunciation voice file for English words? As I want to add these voice files into the powerpoint flash card file.

http://www.merriam-webster.com/ - you can save sound from there
and you can download some presentations with sound and take necessary words from them
or you can ask some english native-speaking person to record words for you

find the word you need
there’s a loudspeaker sign on its right
click on it - there a new window appears

click and save an audio file which opens through your default player
it’s .m3u format
you need to convert it to the .wav format to put into PP presentation
I use this program: Smart Wav MP3 Converter & CD Ripper (it’s free, you can find it in Internet )

I know it’s rather difficult way
maybe someone can suggest better one:):slight_smile:
