Hi - how to teach your chilren to be physically superb seems like a great book but it’s out of print in the UK and quite expensive to buy used. Fit Baby Smart Baby is freely available however. Are these books the same? Or does physically superb have the exercises and fit baby smart baby only the reasoning behind it? would love to hear from people who have read both. i have ordered fit baby smart baby and am wondering if it makes sense to buy physically superb on ebay on top! thanks.
It says Physically Superb is now Fit Baby Smart Baby. I haven’t read either but I’ve heard it’s the same book.
I can answer it myself now that I have bought both books :-). Fit Baby Smart Baby is indeed the same but it’s a much more modern edition - it seems better edited, more recent pictures, better visuals, more easily readable summaries and action plans. I much prefer Fit Baby Smart Baby.
