Can't order from online store.

I have tried from three different computers, one at home and two at work and I can’t order LR and LM. I am trying to order the basic combonation pack. When I click to order a the computer acts like it’s thinking and then nothing happens, and my cart says 0 items. I have tried multiple times.

Can you please give us a more descriptive summary about the error you are encountering?

  • What product/item are you trying to buy?
  • Which page are you having problems with? (Kindly give us the URL)
  • Can you describe what is happening in more detail?
  • Are you getting an error message? If yes, what does it say?
  • Can you give us a screenshot of the error?

As an alternative way of purchasing, you may simply fill in our Fax Order Form, print it out and send it back to us via fax.

Thanks for the response. I am trying to purchase Value Bundle 2: Little Reader Basic and Little Math Basic. When I click add to cart after making my selections, a little square with a moving circle shows up (one of the computer “thinking” symbols) and then nothing happens. I have tried leaving it for 30min and it still stays on the same screen. If I try to go to my shopping cart it still says 0 items. There is no error message given.

Ok. Thanks for the information. I guess I’ll have to wait a couple more weeks before I order it, since I only have a fax machine at work and I am off until after the holidays.

May I ask if you are using ‘Microsoft Internet Explorer’ as your browser? If so I would recommend try using ‘Mozilla Firefox’ which can be downloaded free at:

www.mozilla.com

Go through the same process when ordering online. We’ve had another case with the same issue and the problem was fixed by switching browsers.

Actually yes I am using internet explorer. I will try switching to firefox. Thanks.
