I entered my email and pass on the BK’s Little Reader Touch. A hundred times and the screen still shows the status “? not signed in”. Why is that?

There are a few places where you can sign in, so please let us know which one isn’t working for you:
Settings screen (from the app’s home screen, tap the Settings / cog button)
Download Lessons screen
BrillKids Community screen
In the meantime, if you’re having problems in the Settings or Download Lessons screen, try these steps:

In the sign in form, delete the email and password entered last time then tap the Refresh button (button with circular arrows on the right side of the “Status” section)

Re-enter your email and password, making sure there are no mistakes

Tap the Refresh button again
