I have bought a few of the brain gym books but never gotten the exact exercises needed to increase brain development. Would you mind giving me a summary of what is used?

encourage child to do simple things by using both hands. proper diet is also important. introduce different activities, develop the interest in music, or arts or any thing. just observe the kid and identify. when a person is having different areas of interest, it will activate different areas in the brain.
