Hi everyone!
I’m hoping that you can recommend a good baby signing app for the iPad or a book. It doesn’t necessarily need to be interactive for my baby, but I do need something that I can refer to quickly. My 1 year old daughter is signing a lot lately, and there are many words that I just don’t know in ASL. We watch Baby Signing Time and sometimes Signing Time, and they have been wonderful. However, I’m looking for an app or book that I can refer to quickly to show her a sign that she clearly wants to know.
Actually she was looking at one of her books yesterday and flipping through the pages and doing the signs for words she knows the signs for such as “dog”, “cat”, “potty”, etc. It was incredible to see her doing that!
However, there are several words in her books that I don’t know the signs for and she kept pointing to them wanting me to show her the signs. I read them to her but couldn’t sign them. This is why I need an app or something to refer to quickly.
