Hi,

Does anybody have any idea how barley & oats should be cooked & feeded for a 5 months old kid?

Do I have to boil it in water and add milk & make it as a paste to feed my child?

But I am not sure whether oats could be made to a paste?

Is it not too early to start solid for 5 month old baby. I started with baby rice just a week ago.
