I hope this isn’t a repost. Here’s an article from the Brain Connection website, really interesting stuff. I am going to make a special point to focus even more on offering my kids nutritious food and healthy amounts of exercise. We’re cooped up in the house most of the time (one car family with no parks within walking distance and 90+ degree weather this time of year) so I struggle in that department. My daughter is a very healthy, normal petite weight, but after reading this article I want her to have more access to running around in wide open spaces to get that brain going even more.
