So great to see all the fellow countrymen here! I am actually living in the US at the moment but originally came from Joburg. Are any of you teaching your kids Afrikaans or Zulu? I would love to swap bits, I have a thousands of English, SPanish, Mandarin and German.

Hey, I’m from South Africa too, but I live in England for now. I’m from Durban. I am teaching my baby to speak English and Zulu, but for now I am teaching him to read english. In the house we speak mainly Zulu, but I read with him english books. He is 11 months old.
